Vice Captain attends NSW Schools Constitutional Convention

Year 11 student and 2025 Vice Captain, Austin Pan, represented Granville South Creative and Performing Arts High School at the 30th NSW Schools Constitutional Convention held at NSW Parliament on 5 November. He joined 95 delegates representing schools from across NSW to discuss and debate the Australian Constitution and system of government regarding this year’s topic, ‘Limits on freedom of political expression.’

Austin also got to hear from the President of the Legislative Council, The Hon. Ben Franklin MLC and Professor Emerita Anne Twomey AO of the University of Sydney.
